Election of officers and committee members, including membership secretary and sunshine officer.
Setting of subscription and show fees for 2022/23 season.

2021/22 fees were: Annual membership £10 pa for anyone over 16 (under 16, over 70 and life members do not pay) Show fees £20 per show for all cast members including children. Volunteers to sit on the committee are always needed and anyone who would like to get more involved in this aspect of the society should contact the Secretary (Miles Doughty). Committee nominations and items to be discussed in any other business should be sent to the secretary in advance. There will be a reading of The Wizard of Oz -the panto after the AGM. A brief summary and list of characters will be handed out with audition pieces. Future Shows Invitations have been sent out to prospective directors following the latest committee meeting where the feedback from the presentation evening was reviewed and considered. Thank you to the members who attended and gave us their comments. We are settling dates right now and will be ready to make a full announcement at the AGM
